Covenant Care – West Florida Hospital, Pensacola, FL

The project involved the complete renovation on an existing 7,280sf interior suite located in the West Florida Hospital Pavilion.

The scope of work included selective interior demolition and build-out of the existing suite to accommodate the new work plan, including relocation of existing  fire and smoke-rated walls. Existing patient rooms and bathrooms were completely upgraded, and new casework and finishes were provided throughout including a new nurse station, support areas, meeting/conference room, and family room.

New medical gas, oxygen and vacuum services were installed throughout the space. Existing fire protection, mechanical & plumbing, electrical and telecommunication systems were reconfigured to accommodate the new layout.
