The Residence – Memory Care Center, Pensacola, FL

The project included pre-construction and construction management services for all phases. The project involved the extensive renovation of the existing Hospice facility and the upgrade to 20 private residence rooms along with new dining, spa & living room, a new Reception and supporting spaces like Admission & Nurses Station.

Exterior upgrades to the facility included enclosed porches, entries, windows, painting & walks.

The construction team additionally managed all security low-voltage systems coordination and installations.
