Details

The project consisted of 10,000sf of interior renovations on the 2nd Floor of the Brent Building. The renovations involved all areas including MEP upgrades, life safety improvements, structural modifications to support new mechanical equipment, new stairwells, finish work and restoration work.

Construction involved office spaces, meeting rooms, work areas, conference rooms and related spaces.

The team worked together closely to solve the challenges presented. From design changes to unforeseen conditions, the team maintained a high level of communication and was able to work creatively at options and deliver for the Owner an excellent finished product.
