This project was phased and fast tracked, commencing with Phase 1A; segmenting existing surface parking to retain minimal use for the existing facility and sitework & utilities for new construction. Phase 1B consisted of construction on a new nursing care wing while leaving the existing wing fully operational. Phase 2 consisted of relocating patients, staff & equipment into the new wing and subsequently fully renovating the existing wing.
