- The project scope of work consisted of demolition, new cedar shake roof, reinforcing of the gable end walls, tie down systems for the roof joist beams, tie down of the front porch columns, replacement of the front porch columns / guard rails, replacement of the front and rear porch decking / stairs, new doors / window shutters, replacement of rotten siding boards, minor stucco repairs inside, painting of exterior of structure complete, new interior door, and minor interior paint touchup.
