This 6500 sf renovation of an existing tenant space presented many challenges which included the salvaging all of the existing walnut trim, doors and sidelights for re-installation into the new office layout as well as the reconfiguration of the exterior storefront assembly which involved demolition, steel column relocation, concrete knee walls, and a sloped grade at the exterior sidewalk. The interior consists of executive offices, conference, waiting, offices, breakroom, restrooms and related spaces.
