UWF Building 22 Nautilus Chamber Renovation, Pensacola, FL

The project consisted of selective demolition and remodeling work to transform an existing meeting space into a state of the art conference and presentation room. The improvements included walls, doors, windows, ceilings, finishes, fire protection, plumbing, mechanical, electrical and A/V systems.

The building was occupied during the entire construction period. Access to existing hallways, corridors and other spaces was always maintained as not to interfere staff and student travel and day-to-day operations.
