UWF Building 32 Library Renovation, Pensacola, FL

The project consisted of selective demolition and remodeling work to enlarge the front office and circulation desk area at the main entrance to the Library. The improvements included new walls, finishes, lighting, minor HVAC work, casework and coordination with new systems furnishings.

The building was occupied during the entire construction period. We continually collaborated with Library staff during construction operations to minimize conflicts and facilitate usage. All work was performed so as not to interfere with the Library’s day-to-day operations.
